Using the Paintball Bunkers in the Best Way

If you want to know how to use paintball bunkers in the best way then you need to also learn about how to maneuver in the best way. If you are comfortable with the marker that you are shooting, whether it is a person or a still target, then this is going to be a great way to send some balls down range while at the same time limiting yourself greatly as a target.

What you want to do here is stay behind the paintball bunkers and then snapshoot, which is when you pop out quickly and shoot three or four times, and then go back and hide behind the bunker again. This is the best way to catch the target off guard, and as well the best way to keep yourself as covered as you can as often as possible. This does take skill, and usually a lot of practice, but you can master it if you try it enough times.

You also want to learn how to shoot from both sides so that you can do this when you are behind the paintball bunkers, so that you can shoot targets from all around you while still keeping yourself covered. You want to pop out from the left and then the right of the bunker, and make sure that you are always mixing it up. This exposes you to the front and also your angles at the same time.

If at any time you are being barraged by paint, then you may have to get tighter in the bunker, and your shoulders should always line up with the target that is in front of you. Remember that if you are shooting out from the right side you should have your left knee up and shoot with your right hand and if you are shooting out from the left side then you should have your right knee up and shoot with your left hand.

The bunkers are obviously one of the most important aspects of paintball, and you have to know how to use them wisely or you could be in a world of hurt once you get out onto the paintball game field.
