The team has a nickname locally, the Rainbows’. The reason for this being that once when the team won 7-0 to Oregon State a rainbow appeared over the field. It seemed like a sign from God and the local newspapers picked it up and the name has stuck ever since. The Rainbows have caused a stir wherever they go. Once they traveled to Seattle to play the Washington Huskies and won 10-7. Impressive considering the Rainbows were expected lose by at least 50 points.

Rivals

What would Hawaii football be without rivalry? The Hawaii Warriors are not without their rivals. Two teams that have a strong rivalry in recent years with the Rainbows are the Fresno State Bulldogs and the Boise State Broncos. Over the years there have been complaints from both the Warriors and the Bulldogs coaches of poor sportsmanship and this has only fueled the rivalry between the two teams. The WAC championship has also seen a growing rivalry between the Warriors and the Broncos as these two superior teams fight for supremacy.

The fundraiser was a big success and the people of Skin made enough money to build their hair loss research center.

The Center

The people of Skin had great plans for their hair loss research center. They brought in scientists from the Planet Hair to figure out what caused the epidemic of hair loss. They built state of the art laboratories to house the best research that could possibly be done. Special technicians were brought in to provide assistance to the hair loss research experts. No expense was spared to make sure that a cure would be found for the hair loss epidemic. Everyone went to work at the hair loss research center and the research went on for many years. To the dismay of the people of the Planet Skin a cure could not be found and they thought they would be bald forever. All was not lost, and the great researchers did find a way to re-grow the hair that was lost and introduced a regimen that would re-grow the hair that had fallen out. They did not find a cure, but they found a treatment to the hair loss problem.

The Treatment

Each person was sent a treatment that was designed specifically for them and included a vitamin supplement as well as a specially formulated shampoo and conditioner. The researchers speculated that if each person followed the treatment plan hair should begin to re-grow in no time at all. There was a setback and the researchers found that the hair would not re-grow as fast as they once thought. The people of Skin were very upset and thought that all of the hard work that had gone into the conception of the hair loss research center had been for nothing. Then one day they woke up and had hair!! The treatment had worked and everyone started to notice that hair had started to grow back on their heads. They discovered that even though their hair would not grow back right away, it would grow back and all the work they put into building the hair loss research center paid off. Even though they could not find a cure, they had found a treatment and everyone on the Planet of Skin had hair again and could stop wearing grass wigs.

There are many different causes of hair loss in a woman. One such example is stress — about three or four months after you have had an illness or major surgery, you can lose a large amount of hair. The hair loss in this case is caused from the stress of the illness and will be temporary; the hair growth will return again. Other causes are not as easy to identify and solve.

Hormones

Sometimes hormonal problem can cause hair loss in females. If your thyroid gland is overactive or under-active, your hair may possibly fall out. Treating the thyroid disease can help the hair loss. Hair loss can also occur if the female and male hormones known as androgens and estrogens are not in balance. Correcting the hormone imbalance may help you to stop the hair loss.

Last, but not least, hair loss in a woman can occur because of an underlying disease, such as lupus or diabetes. Because hair loss will often be an early sign of a disease, it is important to find the cause so that you can get back to your normal head of hair.

When it comes to hair loss in a woman, many of the problems are treatable or cure themselves in their own time. If you have been pregnant and are losing your hair, you don’t have to worry. Your body is just getting back to the normal process of shedding.
